Orders & Pricing

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, modify or discontinue products, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — your order is accepted when we ship the product.

Payment Terms

We currently accept payment via Zelle, processed securely through your banking institution. Full payment is due at purchase; orders ship once payment is received. Payment instructions are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship free via standard USPS from our Florida facility with tracking by email. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect orders on arrival and report issues within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of KratoLabs and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

KratoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
