Shipping & Returns

Standard USPS shipping is free on every order, with no minimum — we don't run promotional thresholds. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only; international shipping isn't available yet.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also look up any order anytime — with or without an account — on our Track Your Order page using your order number and checkout email.

Mistakes are rare but they happen. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s) and shipping label as received
• Unboxing video, if you have one — it speeds up verification

Once we verify the issue, we'll ship a free replacement. We do not offer cash refunds for shipping errors — only replacement of the affected item(s).

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research compounds whose storage and integrity we can't verify once they leave our facility, returned items can't be restocked — so all sales are final once an order ships. We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind or ordering the wrong size/compound
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier — we're not able to cover loss or theft after delivery confirmation
• Products that have been opened or reconstituted

This doesn't affect the replacement coverage above for genuine damage, shipping errors, or defects on our end.

You can request a change or cancellation any time before your order ships — email support with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate it. Once a package has been handed to USPS, it can no longer be recalled or modified.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to confirm the correct details before reshipping. A reshipment fee may apply if the address error was on the customer's side.
