All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, modify or discontinue products, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — your order is accepted when we ship the product.

We currently accept payment by credit or debit card, and by Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor; Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App payments are sent from your own bank or payment app. Full payment is due at purchase; orders ship once payment is received. Payment instructions are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Orders ship free via standard USPS from our Florida facility with tracking by email. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect orders on arrival and report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of KratoLabs and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

KratoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold KratoLabs harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
